Skincare is complex. The path to choose it should not be.

Laboratoires Òrlait brings together advanced skincare, haircare and perfumes in a catalog full of formulas, lines, benefits and modes of use. The digital project had to preserve this depth without transferring complexity to people.

We have designed a WordPress e-commerce and WooCommerce in which every information helps to make a decision: you can start from the line, the need, the type of skin or a guided test, reaching a product card that puts together function, ritual and purchase.

01Offer architecture

Three universes, many formulas, a structure that remains legible.

The first design choice was editorial before it was visual: organizing the catalogue so that the brand's internal logic coincided with that of those who buy. Skincare, haircare and parfum are distinct universes, but share navigation, hierarchy and behavior.

In Transform Lab, the four lines accompany different stages and functions. Categories, tags and attributes WooCommerce have been transformed into a useful taxonomy, able to support both exploration and future growth of the catalog.

02Information architecture

Not everyone knows the name of the product. Everyone recognizes a need.

This is why e-commerce does not offer only one entry. Those who already know the line can move by collection; those who seek an answer can start to hydrate, purify, regenerate or repopulate; those who observe their skin can explore products dedicated to different types.

These paths are not accessory pages. They are different views of the same catalogue, powered by consistent data and designed to reduce the distance between a need expressed in common words and a specific cosmetic formula.

03Skin Testing

Five questions turn uncertainty into a first orientation.

When the person does not know where to start, the site changes posture: he does not ask to know ingredients or nomenclatures, but proposes simple questions about sensations, reactions and observable characteristics of the skin.

The result is oriented towards the type of skin and towards the most relevant treatments, keeping explicit the information character of the test. It is a service within e-commerce: it improves choice, builds confidence and makes the catalog more accessible without replacing a professional.

04Product experience

The product sheet sells better when it first explains well.

Every detail relates what the product is and what the person needs to know: function, size, price, benefits, way of use, ingredients, need and type of skin. Technical information is not hidden, but ordered according to the actual sequence of the decision.

Purchase, payment, related products and tips enter the same stream without interrupting the story. The result is a WooCommerce card that works simultaneously as content, first-level advice and conversion point.

05Editorial design system

Products change. The quality of the experience does not.

Skincare, haircare and perfumes have different images and personalities. The visual system lets these worlds emerge while maintaining constant grids, typography, commercial components and tone of interaction.

The platform can thus accommodate new references, content and campaigns without losing orientation. The brand remains recognizable and the back office retains a concrete structure to use in everyday work.
