Clinical complexity becomes a simple path.
Benacus Lab brings together polyambulators, branches, performance and professionals in a network that continues to evolve. The project could not be limited to presenting the offer: it had to allow people to orientate themselves without knowing in advance the sanitary structure.
We have designed the experience, developed the site and connected the management Medinformatica to an editorial system capable of maintaining consistent, fast and usable data and content.

Data sheet
Performance, specialists, locations and prices
Before the interface, we gave a name to relationships.
Divisions, branches and performances describe the same offer from different levels. We shaped this hierarchy and connected each element to offices and specialists, so that the system could support both punctual research and exploration.
The structure comes from UX analysis and becomes the base shared by navigation, content, indexing and data integration.

People look for an answer, not the structure of a medical centre.
The experience allows you to enter from the most natural need: a service, a specialist or a venue. Research, filters and call to action maintain the legible path even when the offer grows.
The visual language combines cleanliness and authoritativeness without making cold experience. On mobile, the main actions remain immediate and recognizable.

Specialists, offices and services are not isolated pages.
Each content belongs to a network of relationships. The profile of a specialist shows skills and locations; a venue collects professionals and services; a branch links description, performance and tariff.
The model avoids duplication, keeps the information consistent and allows you to add new structures without rebuilding each time the site.

The tariff is a living interface, not a table to be updated by hand.
The branch pages read the structured cache and show real-time performance, locations, prices, notes and availability to the web booking. People can compare concrete information without abandoning the context of the service.
Separating public reading from direct call to management makes quick and durable consultation even when data is thousands.

The site is updated by management, but remains an editorial tool.
The REST connector imports and updates specialties, divisions, branches, offices and specialists. Every night — or through a manual start — it also generates a static JSON with all the performance and their relationships.
The management remains the operational source; WordPress adds hierarchy, content and quality of experience; the JSON cache makes consultation fast. Three distinct responsibilities, coordinated by the same flow.

The result
A connected ecosystem, ready to grow.
Public experience and data infrastructure evolve together, without transforming any update into a manual activity.
1 operational source
Consistent data
The management feeds the system avoiding unfair copies and updates.
REST + JSON
Scalable reading
Structured import and static cache hold completeness and speed together.
Seats × specialists × performance
Transport
Each person can enter the system from the nearest point to their need.
